On the 16th of June Croydon Council wrote to confirm I was entitled to
a Low Traffic Neighbourhood PCN Refund
According to the Council...
They gave a cheque to the postman
He put it in his sack
Bright early next morning
He brought my letter back
They say they wrote upon it
Return to sender, address unknown
No such number, no such zone
We had a quarrel, a pcn spat
They write they're sorry, but my cheque keeps coming back
So Jason dropped it in the mailbox
And sent it special Deep
Bright and early next morning
I guess it came right back to him?
Return to sender, address unknown
No such person, no such zone
This time Jason better take it himself and put it right in my hand
And if it bounces the very next day then I'll understand...
