The appropriate team at Google reviews such flagged content, including the removal of spam from YouTube. Occasionally, a video flagged by users or identified as spam is mistakenly taken down, which is what happened to the YouTube Channel. When brought to the appropriate Google team’s attention, they review the content and take appropriate action, including restoring videos or channels that had been removed.
