Thank you for contacting us and for providing details of your concerns regarding Ms Helen Savage.
We have carefully considered the information you have submitted, including your concerns regarding the preparation and revision of the accounts for Castle Oaks (Park Hill) Management Limited, the treatment of the historical deficit, the reported bank balances, and transactions involving Prime Property Management.
Having reviewed the information currently available, we do not consider that the complaint discloses sufficient evidence of misconduct by the CIMA member to justify further action under CIMA's disciplinary process.
In reaching this view, we note that many of the issues raised relate to the actions of the managing agent. Ms Savage has also provided a response to your alleged concerns and her explanations do not raise concerns of professional misconduct.
It is important to note that CIMA's disciplinary process is not intended to determine commercial disputes, recover losses, or make findings regarding the conduct of third parties who are not subject to CIMA's regulatory jurisdiction. To the extent that your concerns relate to the actions of the managing agent or others these matters may be more appropriately pursued through alternative channels.
Accordingly, we will be taking no further action in relation to this complaint and the case will now be closed.
